ITINERARY

Day 01 : Arrival Semarang – Salatiga (L)
Upon arrival at airport in Semarang, meet and greet by our guide then transfer to Salatiga. Semarang is the capital of Central Java with approximately 1.5 million inhabitants now.
En route visit Lawang Sewu that means thousands doors. It is the city’s most famous landmark and a masterpiece of Dutch colonial architecture built between 1904 and 1907 as former headquarter of the national railway of the Dutch East Indies.
After lunch at a local restaurant, continue the trip to Salatiga. Check in hotel and overnight stay in Salatiga.

Day 02 : Salatiga – Gedong Songo – Banaran – Wonosobo (B,L)
After breakfast at hotel, drive to Banaran Coffee Plantation at Tuntang for a short tour with a buggy car around the plantation. Then continue to Bandungan, the gateway to the Gedong Songo Temples complex which is a group of 8th-century Hindu temples located 1,200m up on the slopes of the Ungaran Mountain. Proceed to Banaran Coffee Plantation at Gemawang for lunch at a restaurant with view of coffee plantations.
After lunch, continue the trip to Wonosobo, a small town located 790 meters above sea level. Check in hotel and overnight at Wonosobo.

Day 03 : Wonosobo – Sunrise Dieng – Tambi Tea Plantation – Borobudur (B,L)
After early breakfast at hotel, leaving Wonosobo at 04:00 to the volcanic Dieng Plateau, which is located 2,000 meters above sea level.
On arrival at Sembungan Village, start a 40 minute hike up to Mt Sikunir for an unforgettable sunrise experience as light crests over the distant volcanoes. Continue to Sikidang crater, one of several craters in the Dieng Plateau. Explore Arjuna temple, a Hindu temple complex built in the early 7th century and well-known as the oldest Hindu temple in Indonesia.
Then take a 1-hour tour of the Tambi Tea Plantation established in 1885, located at the foot of Mt Sindoro which spans 830 hectares.
Return to Wonosobo for a late lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, proceed to Borobudur via Mungkid through a small road on the southern slopes of Mt Sumbing, an active volcano with an altitude of 3,371 meter. On arrival, check-in hotel and overnight at near Borobudur.

Day 04 : Sunrise Borobudur – Yogyakarta (B,L)
At around around 04:30, depart to the magical temple of Borobudur, the largest Buddhist temple in Indonesia, built in the 9th century. You will see sunrise from the temple. After the sunrise, return to hotel and have breakfast. Free program in the morning.
At around noon, check out hotel and depart to Yogyakarta. En route visit Mendut Temple and Pawon Temple. Lunch at a local restaurant.
On arrival in Yogyakarta, check in hotel. Overnight stay in Yogyakarta.

Day 05 : Yogyakarta – Prambanan Temple (B,L,D)
After breakfast at hotel, start a full day Yogyakarta city tour where you can learn historic and cultural traditions of the city. Visit to the Sultan’s Palace or Kraton, built between 1756 – 1790.
Then go to the Taman Sari or water palace and garden which is located near the palace. This addition to the royal complex was built over 200 years ago by the first Sultan, with bathing pools for his harem. Before lunch visit Sonobudoyo Museum that exhibits Javanese artefacts such as hand-crafted weapons, wooden wayang puppets, old Javanese gamelan instruments and masks.
After lunch, we end the trip by exploring Prambanan Temple, a Hindu temple from the 9th century featuring three main inner shrines dedicated to the Hindu trinity: Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. After Prambanan, return to hotel for a short break.
In the evening, enjoy a traditional Ramayana Dance performance while dining at a local restaurant.
Return to hotel in Yogyakarta for overnight stay.

Day 06 : Yogyakarta – Departure (B)
After breakfast at hotel, free at leisure until the time for transfer to the airport for the flight to next destination.

End of services.
