Day 01 : Bali – Ketapang or Licin
Pick up at hotel in Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Seminyak or Canggu, Ubud and transfer to Gilimanuk Ferry Port at the western tip of Bali Island. View magnificent landscapes on the way, green vegetation, rice fields, beaches, temples. Take 20-minute crossing of Bali Strait to port of Ketapang, in East Java. Upon arrival at Ketapang port, transfer to your hotel in Ketapang or Licin village, at the edge of the rainforest and at the foot of the Ijen volcano. Overnight in Ketapang or Licin.
Day 02 : Licin – Ijen – Bali
After breakfast at hotel. Departure in 4WD vehicle, admire the landscapes of rice fields and view tropical forest. After about one and half hour of climbing on a good trail reach the rim of Ijen crater. Admire the magnificent view of the caldera, beautiful jade-colored lake and the deep yellow of the constantly gushing sulfur springs.
Return to the vehicle and descent to the hotel. Transfer to port of Ketapang for ferry crossing to Gilimanuk Ferry Port of Bali. On arrival at Gilimanuk transfer to hotel in Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Seminyak or Canggu, Ubud.
